On the Hill was established in 2021 as a benefit corporation, to provide business services for leaders and ventures that embedding impact into their growing organizations.
This includes a commitment to social impact by advancing access to capital to underserved founders, a commitment to a specific positive environmental impact by increasing impact in business model and advancing access to capital for climate solutions, and a commitment to serving women and non-binary founders.
The Company will promote the following public benefits:
(a) increasing capacity for innovators to scale their impact and enhance their connections within environmental and other material ecosystems; and
(b) undertaking initiatives to provide greater access to education and capital to leaders and other stakeholders working to build solutions to pressing global challenges.
